How Your Data Works
What Gets Collected
Every time someone visits your landing page, a small amount of data is recorded to help you understand how your campaigns are performing. This data powers your report and allows you to see exactly where your leads are coming from.
No personal data is collected unless a visitor completes the enquiry form. Browsing and engagement data is anonymous.
Visitor Behaviour
The following engagement signals are tracked for every visitor:
| What's Tracked | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Page view | Confirms the visitor arrived |
| Scroll depth | Shows how far down the page they read |
| Time on page | Indicates engagement level |
| Form started | Shows intent — they began filling in the form |
| Form completed | A confirmed lead |
| Button clicks | Which calls-to-action got the most interaction |
| Phone link clicks | Direct call intent |
This data feeds directly into your report, giving you a picture of not just how many leads you received, but how engaged visitors were before they converted — or why they didn't.
Lead Data
When a visitor submits the enquiry form, the following information is collected:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- UK postcode and address (if address lookup is used)
- Answers to any qualification questions on the form
- Where they came from — which campaign, which ad, which platform
All lead data is stored securely and is visible in your report under the Leads section. If you have a CRM or lead management system, leads can be delivered there automatically.
Attribution Data
Every lead record includes attribution data — a record of how that visitor found your page. This includes:
- The advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.)
- The campaign name
- The specific ad or ad group
- Whether they used a custom headline or traffic source variant
This is what allows your report to show you not just how many leads you received, but which campaigns and channels are driving them.
Where Your Data Is Stored
All data is stored securely within the European Union, in compliance with UK GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties. You retain ownership of all lead data collected through your pages.
Data Retention
Visitor behaviour data (anonymous engagement signals) is retained for 90 days by default. Lead data (personal information from form submissions) is retained for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.
To request a data export or deletion, contact us through your report or by email.
