Common Questions
Getting Started
How long does it take to build my pages?
From briefing to live pages typically takes around 10–15 minutes once the brief is complete. You'll receive a link to your report as soon as all four page variants are ready.
Do I need to log in to anything?
No. You access your pages and your report through the links we send you. There is no dashboard for you to manage — we handle everything. If you want a change, you request it through the feedback section of your report.
How do I request a change to my pages?
Use the feedback section at the bottom of your report. Describe what you'd like changed — a different headline, a new offer, updated copy — and the pages will be updated, usually within the same day.
Your Pages
What are the four page variants?
Every campaign launches with four completely different designs, all promoting the same offer:
- Authority — Trust-led, formal layout with credentials and social proof prominent
- Split — Clean alternating layout that balances copy and visuals
- Narrative — Story-driven and editorial, takes the visitor on a journey
- Creative — Bold and distinctive, designed to stand out visually
All four run simultaneously and the data identifies which one converts best for your audience.
Can I choose which variant my campaigns use?
By default, your traffic is split across all four variants so the data can determine the winner. Once a clear winner emerges, the majority of traffic shifts to it automatically.
If you have a preference — for example, you want a specific variant for a particular channel — request this through your report feedback.
Do the pages work on mobile?
Yes. Every page is designed for mobile first. The form is optimised for touchscreen use with large tap targets, and every layout adjusts cleanly from a small phone screen up to a desktop monitor.
How does the city personalisation work?
When a visitor lands on your page, their city is detected automatically and inserted into the page copy. A visitor from Leeds sees "Leeds" in the relevant places. A visitor from Bristol sees "Bristol". This happens for every visitor, with no configuration required.
Results and Reporting
How do I read my conversion rate?
Your conversion rate is the percentage of visitors who submitted the enquiry form. For paid search traffic, a well-performing page in most verticals will achieve 5–15%. For social traffic, 2–8% is more typical because the audience isn't actively searching.
If your rate is lower than expected, the most common cause is a mismatch between your ad and your landing page — see Matching Your Ads to Your Pages.
How long until I have meaningful data?
You need approximately 100 visitors per page variant before patterns become reliable — so around 400 total visitors. At typical paid campaign volumes, this takes between 2 and 10 days depending on spend.
One variant has a much higher conversion rate. Should I put all traffic there?
The system will do this gradually as confidence builds. If you want to accelerate this — for example, you're running a time-sensitive campaign — request it through your report and we'll shift traffic immediately.
My report shows leads but they're not appearing in my CRM
Lead data can be connected to your CRM or lead management system. If this isn't set up yet or something has stopped working, contact us and we'll investigate.
Compliance and Privacy
Are the pages GDPR compliant?
Yes. Every page includes a consent-compliant enquiry form, a cookie consent mechanism, and fully generated Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookie Policy pages — all served automatically at /privacy, /terms, and /cookies on your domain.
What compliance checks are applied?
Every campaign goes through advertising standards checks covering financial services, legal services, and general advertising regulations before the pages go live. If your vertical has specific regulatory requirements, let us know during the brief and they will be incorporated.
Can visitors opt out of tracking?
Yes. The cookie consent banner gives visitors the choice to accept or decline non-essential tracking. If they decline, analytics tracking is not activated for their session.
Making Changes
Can I edit the pages myself?
No. Pages are managed on your behalf. All changes go through the feedback section of your report. This ensures compliance checks and quality standards are maintained on every update.
How quickly are changes turned around?
Copy changes, headline updates, and offer adjustments are typically live within the same day. More significant changes — new sections, different page structure, completely new copy angles — may take a little longer.
Can I request a completely new version of the pages?
Yes. If you want to test a new offer, a different message, or a seasonal campaign, request a new brief through your report. We'll build a fresh set of four variants.
